Our sparkling wine was made from the best Pinot Noir plot of the Braunewell vineyard using the classic bottle fermentation method.

It has typical yeast flavours such as brioche and toast, and paired with sour cherries, wild berries and juicy ripe strawberries and a touch of pepper, it becomes an absolute highlight for every celebration.
