A mild and harmonious rosé cuvée made from Portugieser and Pinot Noir grapes, fruity-fresh, light-bodied and simple. The nose is characterised by ripe, red fruit aromas such as raspberries and currants, paired with subtle elderflower base notes. The many hours of sunshine in the vineyards of Tobias and Oliver Schnabel in Gau-Bickelheim are reflected on the palate.

Pairs perfectly with light dishes, such as salad, grilled vegetables and fine fish dishes.
